General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”)

Preamble

We recommend carefully reading these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) before placing any order on the website. If you have questions about these GTC, please contact us before placing an order.

The website www.julie-colleoni.com (“Julie COLLEONI”) is a service provided by the company Julie COLLEONI EI, headquartered at 24 rue Chanzy, 78220 Viroflay, France, operating under the brand name Julie COLLEONI.

Article 1 – Definitions

  • “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual of legal age with at least the legal capacity to contract, making a non-professional purchase on the website under the terms and conditions specified herein.
  • “Order” refers to the purchase request placed by the Client for one or more products listed on the website, to be delivered to a designated area as specified in Article 8.2 of these GTC.
  • “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” or “GTC” refers to the terms outlined in this document, governing the sale of products by Julie COLLEONI to any client.
  • “Products” refers to all items offered for sale on the website.
  • “Website” refers to the website www.julie-colleoni.com, published by the company Julie COLLEONI EI.

Article 2 – Scope and Acceptance

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the contractual relationship between JULIE COLLEONI and the Client (as defined in Article 1) and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the e-commerce site JULIE COLLEONI.

Purchasing a product through this site implies full and unconditional acceptance by the Client of these GTC. These terms take precedence over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by JULIE COLLEONI.
JULIE COLLEONI EI reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. In such cases, the applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the Client’s order.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable French taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes). These prices do not include shipping and packaging costs.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice due to supply chain conditions, economic factors, or pricing policies of involved parties (suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, or JULIE COLLEONI). Orders are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order placement, as displayed on the website during final order validation.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of your items, provided they are not personalized, to exercise your right of withdrawal from JULIE COLLEONI without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded at the standard rate within 14 (fourteen) days. Return shipping costs are borne by the Client.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email contact@julie-colleoni.com with your order number.

Return, exchange, and refund conditions are detailed in Article 8.4 of these GTC.

In compliance with regulations (Article L221-28-3 of the French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products sold on the website, such as custom artwork or jewelry.

Article 5 – Orders

Orders are effective as of the date of payment validation by banking institutions for credit card payments via Shopify Payments.
To prevent fraud, JULIE COLLEONI may request documents to verify the Client’s identity and order authenticity. Orders will only be validated once these documents are approved by JULIE COLLEONI.

JULIE COLLEONI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Client involved in a payment dispute for a previous order.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions available on the website. A validated electronic order is final and cannot be revoked outside the terms of Article 4.

JULIE COLLEONI will confirm the order via email once it has been registered.

Article 6 – Availability

6.1 – Product Unavailability

While JULIE COLLEONI strives to fulfill Client orders, if products are unavailable after order confirmation, the Client will be informed promptly via email or phone. Refunds for unavailable products will be processed within 30 calendar days from the payment date.

6.2 – Delivery Delays

In case of a delivery delay, the Client must contact JULIE COLLEONI to set a reasonable additional delivery timeframe via email (contact@julie-colleoni.com) or mail to:

If delivery is delayed beyond this timeframe, the Client may request a full refund, including shipping costs, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or another durable medium. Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the request.

Article 7 – Secure Payment

After order validation on www.julie-colleoni.com, payment is processed online through a secure platform.
Payments are made by credit card via Shopify Payments.
JULIE COLLEONI does not manage payment transactions or have access to card details.

Payments will be debited upon order confirmation. JULIE COLLEONI reserves the right to suspend order processing in case of payment refusal or non-payment.

Ownership of delivered products remains with JULIE COLLEONI until full payment is received.

Article 8 – Delivery

8.1 – Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, including packaging and transport, are borne by the Client. These costs are added to the product price and depend on the product weight, delivery zone, and chosen shipping method. Fees are displayed before final order validation.

8.2 – Delivery Zones and Timelines

  • Mainland France:
    • Colissimo Suivi: Delivery to the provided address, Monday to Saturday, within 2 to 5 business days from shipping.
    • Pickup Points (Points Relais).
  • International (including DOM-COM):
    • Colissimo Suivi or Chronopost International: Delivery within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

8.3 – Transport

Transportation risks are covered by JULIE COLLEONI, provided the Client inspects goods upon receipt in the presence of the carrier and notes any reservations on the delivery slip. Defective or damaged products should be refused.

Article 9 – Liability

JULIE COLLEONI is only bound by a best-effort obligation in online sales and cannot be held liable for internet-related damages such as data loss, intrusions, viruses, or service disruptions.

Article 10 – Data Protection

Clients have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data (Article 34 of the French Data Protection Act). Requests can be made via email to contact@julie-colleoni.com or through the Contact page.

Article 11 – Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from this contract and unresolved through mediation fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court or High Court of Paris.
