Shipping policy
Customer Information and Responsibility
The information provided by the customer when placing an order is binding. In the event of an error in the recipient's details (including name, first name, street number and name, postal code, city name, phone number, or email address), JULIE COLLEONI EI cannot be held responsible for any delivery failure resulting from such errors.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, which include packaging and delivery fees, are borne by the customer. These fees are charged in addition to the product purchase price.
The applicable delivery fee for your order depends on the weight of the products, the delivery zones and/or countries, and the shipping method you select. This amount will be provided to you before the final validation of your order.
Delivery Zones and Timelines
For deliveries within mainland France:
You can choose between two delivery methods:
- La Poste Colissimo Suivi: Delivered to the address provided, Monday through Saturday, within two (2) to five (5) business days from the order's shipping date for jewellery and within two (2) to twelve (12) business days from the order's shipping date for canvases, clothes and other taylored printed items.
- Pickup Points (Points Relais): Delivery to a designated pickup location.
For deliveries worldwide (including DOM-COM):
Shipments are handled by Colissimo Suivi and Chronopost International, Monday through Friday, within three (3) to fifteen(15) business days from the order's shipping date, depending on the destination country.
Transport
Transportation risks are covered by JULIE COLLEONI, provided the customer inspects the goods upon receipt in the presence of the carrier and, if necessary, records any reservations in writing on the delivery receipt, even in the case of prepaid shipping.
If you receive one or more products that are defective, damaged (e.g., damaged or opened packages), or that do not match your order, you must refuse the package.
In the event of written reservations or refusal of goods, you must notify us within 48 hours by email via the Contact section.
In the case of a lost package during transport, the investigation process may vary depending on the carrier and may take between one to three weeks.
