Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your items, provided they have not been personalized, to exercise your right of withdrawal from JULIE COLLEONI without having to provide reasons or incur penalties.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within this fourteen (14)-day period, only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded at the standard rate within fourteen (14) days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Transportation Risks

Transportation risks are covered by JULIE COLLEONI, provided that the customer inspects the merchandise upon delivery in the presence of the carrier and, if applicable, notes written reservations on the delivery receipt (e.g., damaged or opened package).

If you receive products that are defective, damaged (e.g., damaged or already opened package), or do not match your order, you must refuse the package.

In case of reservations or refusal of the merchandise, you must inform us within 48 hours by email via the Contact section.

Exchange or Refund

Product Condition

Returned products must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, original tags, etc.), allowing them to be resold as new. Products that are incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted for return or refund.

Refund

Refund Method

  • For orders paid by check: The refund will be issued via check in your name and sent to the billing address provided during the order.

Non-Returnable Products

Disputes
